Cross country road trip with a hunting dog and 3 semi-wild bunnies

After packing up a large house and two-car garage into two storage containers, I helped SB drive over 2,800 miles from Washington state to upstate New York.

After cramming three semi-feral bunnies and her large hunting dog into her small SUV-type car, we only had room left for one backpack each.

Although I’ve held all of them, two of the bunnies really are semi-feral. They are a bit too tame to release into the wild yet also too wild to be suitable as pets.

Once they and Homer reached a detente (the bunnies were “safely” inside a large cage), all was well for the entire trip.
